i once took a dollar bet and licked the grease trap filter at a restaurant that i worked at.

i am an odd duck at times.

it was gross, it was about like a microwaved gas station hamburger, which i've only eaten maybe once in my life.

Subway. Turkey and black forest ham on wheat, no cheese, spinach, tomato, onion, green pepper, and light spicy mustard. Side of apple slices, and a water.

this is what my boy (5) had tonight. minus the turkey. wheat. spinach. tomato. green pepper. and mustard.

oh, and swap out the water for orange juice and chocolate milk.

he then ate half of my steak and cheese. now i have to go back for myself.

but, yeah, SR, i feel for you. have you had subways breakfast flatbread ham and egg white? i actually find those fantastic.

I don't go to places where it is clear that $.50 of every dollar you spend there is going to their advertising budget. That eliminates Subway, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Sonic, Dominos, and a host of other chains. I'm just not interested in consuming their crap.

Contacted Subways' Ad Agency. Huge, huge mistake. There was never supposed to be a "G" in "Subway Angus Subs".

You saw dust is part of the recipe right?

Saulbadguy 07-13-2012 06:20 AM

I've been on a subway kick lately. Get one of the $5 footlongs and load it full of vegetables and whatnot.

Has anyone ever tried the cheeseburger in a can? Without a doubt the worst food ever. Worse than potted meat

Make meals ahead of time. Simple items that keep well. They only need to last, what, half a shift until you eat them?

This angus thing they serve at Subway, is pure garbage, I tried one, today, and what is odd is I thought it was 'so,so' the first introduction, but w/ it's reintroduction; it's a mystery turd on their shitty bread. They really should be closed down for this! ... considering I tried to feed it to the dog, 'Josie' - whom i'm dog-sitting for my mother, wouldn't even eat it. No lie, she won't eat it, and she won't even naw at it.

PATHETIC, Go straight to hell Jared!!

Please discus, and thanks again, here.

Shame on you for going fast-food and expecting a decent meal.
