I used to be extremely physically dependent on pills. Prescribed about 140mg of oxycodone a day. Yet I could still take a couple percocets (20mg of oxy) and feel it pretty well.

My girl and I cut them in half, chew it up, hit the pool with a drink. Repeat a little later. I like them just for an accent, not a regular thing.

How can one hook on painkiller?

I'm not sure but I've been with plenty of hookers on painkillers and they seem just fine to me!
