I've been working full-time for less than a year and a half, have student loan debt and thus are poor. I'll probably never afford to live in Snottsdale either. :D

I know man, I'm just messing with you. I'd love to live in Scottsdale but I also know our money can go further in other parts of the city. Saving up for a down payment as we speak, which for us we want to be a big chunk of money. I told the wife I refuse to get a house without a pool since we moved here to not have winters. We don't need a pool while we rent a house because it helps us save money since rent is cheaper. But once we look to purchase, I am getting one!
