I don't think Houston is that dire at CB. Johnathan Joseph is starting to wear down some, but eh so is Flowers. Kareem Jackson is actually starting to rebound.

Banks was a bit of a weak link in that secondary last season. Lovie may want to bring in a veteran like Flowers..

Banks was a weak link because he was a zone corner that they forced into man cover role. Banks should excel under Lovie.

He's still a young guy and a relative unknown.

I'm not saying it's a smart move or the one they'll make but picking up a guy like Flowers would make sense for them.

I am in no ways a salary cap person....but if you're right....then that means trading him would only give us $2 million this year?
