Because Kyle wants to be able to maintain a clean board for those who browse the Planet while at work.

However, jamming as much softcore porn as possible into your sig and avatar is perfectly acceptable.

First off its the rules. Not a lot of rules on here, but it is one. 2nd, the owner of this sandbox thinks its important. 3rd, there was a big debate that took place about the filter. I was a admittly a big violator of the word filter. I never got smacked. It was applied unevenly. It was decided that the word filter would be enforced from this point on.

People read the board at work. Some are religious. If you don't care, just type the word in, no one is being censored. Just allowing the filter to work who want to self censor. Seemed like a fair trade off to me.

You I don't get the sig and avatar thing with women in them either. What is this, high school? Where you see who can cover the inside of their door with the most provocative shit and see how long it takes a teacher to notice that little Jimmy might be taking too many bathroom breaks for another reason.

I believe the At Work style turns off avatars and sigs... you can also disable them manually, and you can easily ad block them, too.

Isn't the result good enough? He's ReerunKC x 3 while trying to incorporate an annoying shtick. It's amazingly difficult to get banned from CP. When you get banned for being a miserable **** it might make sense to come back with a new gig the next time.

I never had any problems with him, he brings life to this board and we'll need him in the offseason to help us all get through it.
