What are we considering to be ethnic here, because Jessica Alba isn't someone I would classify as white and she would probably easily be at the top.

I'd bet Halle has a decent shot at the title, and I'm a notorious lover of white women. I'm not sure what ethnicity Eliza Dushku is, but she's damn fine. And of course, Hayek is a good bet for the title.
