Yeah well you should be crediting the defense and all those turnovers that gave us scoring opportunities in the first place.

Against the Jets 8 turnovers two of which went back for touchdowns yet we only scored 24 points. The offense didn't do anything deserve credit for that win. Like other games we count on our defense turnovers.

Turnover differential requires ball protection by the Offense

Common sense, not so common.

I'm ecstatic that the Chiefs secured a solid QB in the draft by actually scouting, identifying and securing him, instead of throwing darts at the QB board every year, regardless of merit.

I don't think Dorsey will let Alex go to a potential playoff rival, and I have faith that he'll develop the team sufficient to beat whomever they face anyway.

The only schadenfreude is to the fans who increasingly demonstrate that their pissing and moaning about mediocrity was a mere mask for their pissing and moaning about no blockbuster QB draft. The ones who could give a shit about the rest of the team, so long as the franchise drafts the way they want them to [the wheekyewbee crew]. It's not gonna bite them in the ass because Dorsey is a professional, but they [and they alone] would deserve it if it did.

Haha, why not?

LMAO The excuses never end.

Can never just admit how incredibly average Alex is. You want Alex to win the Super Bowl? You'd better hope the ENTIRE roster stays healthy all season. That's how little room for error he leaves with his performance.

He's above average. In the win column this side of the decade he's in the top quartile.

So there's that.

Scoring touchdowns requires a good offense.

Common sense, pretty common.

Yet if only they counted punts as turnovers but for the Chiefs the punts actually benefited the team because the defense would produce turnovers giving the offense short fields to kick field goals.

No, it would be nice if 25% of the payroll didn't go missing in the playoffs. Or if Hali even played like he was worth a vet minimum. Did you forget who Derrick Johnson is?

Which requires a running game not below the league average.

Common sense.

So the passing game which has never been worth a damn under Smith just gets a pass?

We might have a better running game if there was any consistent threat of a downfield passing game.

We've had a top 10 rushing game 3 out of 4 years and our passing offense was continually at the bottom of the league.

Tiger is an idiot.

Career high Completion rate with the chiefs, top 11 QBR, sack rate down 40%... Smith has every right to say he's getting better year after year.

You ever heard of strength of schedule? Take a look at it since 2012 you know, when you figure out how to Google.

RunKC 05-17-2017 09:55 PM

12 wins with no Houston most of the year, no Charles, Maclin going through an injury, the worst injuries in the league in the front 7 and a QB that only threw 15 TD's.

Dorsey did an amazing job building this roster. Can't wait to see Mahomes. This roster is strong enough for a young QB to succeed.

Reerun_KC 05-17-2017 09:55 PM

1-3

Facts not fiction

RunKC 05-17-2017 09:56 PM

Completion rate guys ROFL

Throwing screens is very difficult. Imagine it's super hard to be accurate on those.
