This is an organizational failure. No two ways around it.

Reid thinks his job is to draw up reeruned triple-screens on Arthur Bryant's napkins.

A HC's job is to mold talent into a cohesive whole.

Peters has the talent, and the organization failed to mold him into being a part of the franchise.

It has to be a 1st round pick. Can't believe the Browns wouldn't offer one of their early 2nd round pick so if the Rams beat the Browns to him, it has to be their 1st round pick. Unless it would be multiple picks I guess..
