I had my first colonoscopy 3.5 years ago at 32... JFC that was miserable. Even eating light for a week beforehand I was on the toilet all day.

That's awesome man. I'm glad they/you caught it in time. They found polyps when they did my scope but said they were benign. Regardless, I was told I have to go in every 5 years just to be safe. No family history of colon cancer but I'll still be proactive and listen
