I remember sitting up there watching the play thinking something didn't look right when both teams lined up. Couldn't put my finger on it. Play ended. Everyone is celebrating. Out of nowhere we hear, there's a flash on the play. Everyone goes quiet with a wtf look. Then the call. Son if a bitch.
The most because Chiefs moment I've ever experienced. |

It took him to long for one reason or another, wasted draft pick. You want a new contract show up for 1 god dam game ,this is dee fords game it will always be his game end of story. Did nothing for years and screws up cost us 39 fkin years of shit on one gd play.
Tag nothin if you cant show up for a title game how good are you. He would be first out the door along with berry huston time to move on from sutton as well. Overpaid low production players on D what a crock. |

Might as well blow up the D now. Our supposed strength -- getting pressure -- doesn't work against the Pats. Ball comes out too quickly. Sutton is horrible, but we invest way too much money on D to get replacement level performances.

If you're gonna say *** you Dee Ford, say the same for Mahomes, who missed throws. Same for the entire offense who did jack squat the entire first half
|
People excusing this play and then deflecting are dead wrong. This isn't even a question of basic fundamentals and techniques, nor is it a questionable/sketchy call about jumping offsides either.
This is seriously as simple as setting yourself on the correct side of the ****ing football prior to ANY motion or a snap. It's inexcusable, and it cost the Chiefs a regulation time victory. |
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">“We were this close (Andy Reid puts his index finger and thump close together) being offsides and if not, we’re in Atlanta.” Dee Ford was flagged on the play where Tom Brady threw an interception that would have won the game for the Chiefs.</p>— James Palmer (@JamesPalmerTV) <a href="https://twitter.com/JamesPalmerTV/status/1087412597740183552?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">January 21, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Wow can’t believe Andy called him out |
6 year olds playing flag football know how to line up.
|
I wonder how many times Ford lines up offsides last night and it wasn’t called? Or any other player for that matter?
Then the refs wait until a game changing play is made to suddenly decide to call it. |
