Lifetime ban bets... greatness. TEX, what are the terms of this bet between the two of you?

I know with news if it bleeds it leads, but at some point it gets to be too much. 610 and 810 were both right at it at 600pm last night either streaming the KCTV5 news story or talking to no end about it. I'm already to the point where I'm tired of hearing the media talk about it. I know they probably get great ratings even speaking Tyreek's name, but KCTV5 is becoming paparazzi/TMZ like and I don't like that from my local news. There's a point where you start to invade people's privacy in order to get even a smidgeon of a boost to your ratings, and KCTV5 hit that a bit ago. Anytime radio or local news start to go into Tyreek's situation I just turn it off. I'd rather listen to Taylor Swift than listen to them slam on Tyreek over and over again. At this moment, you're just beating a dead horse.

The fact that some people want to do lifetime bans off an Internet forum is the stupidest shit ever.

If you can’t handle someone shit talking you on the internet and want to ban them is the most weak minded shit. If you want to do something to try and shut down their shit, bet them a donation of money to a charity you like. Donate money to the site, but if you automatically jump to a lifetime ban because a stranger on the internet hurt your feelings you should just stay off the internet.

I used to work for the Astros. He says I "stole some merchandise" from a fellow board member who gave me some stuff to get signed. I didn't and told him to contact the person to ask him. If I stole the items in question, I'm gone. If I didn't -he's gone. I didn't steal anything so he had no chance from the start. I may ask him to bet on last year's Super Bowl next. Truth be told, I'm not in it for him to leave. He was just pushing something he heard to get back at me, without getting all the facts.
