I'd take that deal.

Bird in the hand and all that.

front four rotation would be deadly.

History shows though he will probably suck like all the others.

Yeah, Bill has final say but this guy surely had a hand in guiding all those terrible personnel decisions... I'm pretty sure we can write them off as legit AFC competition now

Brett must not be very astute.

We've known for MONTHS that Jack Easterby was not only going to be part of the organization but part of the team hiring the GM. Surely Brett knew this too.

This is PRECISELY why some of us have been writing off the Texans HC job since the day BOB was fired.

There is growing buzz that Watson will demand a trade.

That trade better be with Jacksonville.

Not surprising. BOB killed that franchise for the foreseeable future, and Cal McNair pissed on it's rotting corpse by hiring bat boy to run things.

Texans would never trade him but if they did, the bidding war between the 49ers, Bears, and Washington would be crazy.

MahomesMagic 01-07-2021 10:06 AM

Houston trade Watson and hire Josh Mcdaniels and call it a day.

RunKC 01-07-2021 11:14 AM

Shit someone beat me to it.

I think this is going to happen

Broncos too

staylor26 01-07-2021 11:17 AM

What HC is going to want to come to Houston and turn around and trade Watson?

It’s not happening. At least not now.

wazu 01-07-2021 11:23 AM

So four months ago Watson signed a huge extension through 2025 for a ton of money. Since then all that's really happened is O'Brien was fired (would think good thing), and a GM hired (also probably beats no GM)...and he's demanding a trade? Don't get it. Do blame him.

They hired another NE stooge...he literally tweeted out "some things never change"

RunKC 01-07-2021 11:26 AM

I feel like Sean Payton would be at the front of the lien trying any way possible to make this trade happen.

Got the team, need a QB. Vikings would be so good for him too but they can’t get out of Kirk’s awful contract until 2022

CasselGotPeedOn 01-07-2021 11:29 AM

I feel like an under the radar team would be the Dolphins. They have the picks and a solid team already in place.
