Didn't the Chiefs themselves talk about going 17-0 at the start of the season? Didn't the Chiefs fuel these expectations themselves?

Getting to the AFCCG is not a failure if you reasonably can get back there next year.

Meh. It was a failure. We were healthy and flat out rolling. Prior to today KC was averaging 42 points/gm in the playoffs. 40 ****ing 2. We were up 21-3 at one point, and the ticket to the SB was all but a certainty.

Then the 2nd half happened.

But it's just one of those things. Shit happens.

They'll shake it off and there's always next season.

Many, many, missed calls. But I can't deny Patrick playing with zero confidence in the second half. It all started when he realized he didn't have a timeout in the first and did more bad than good in the second half. I still don't understand it.
