I don't think trading for McCaffery is the answer. I think finding that guy cheap and young is the answer. There are several backs in this draft that profile that way. And won't require premium picks to get them (Day 3). |

We all thought that, because someone (Andy?) said he was going to be the Chiefs' Westbrook. But we haven't used him like that AT ALL. |
How bout just draft a guy Vreach likes and call it a day. We got ammo to move up in the draft . I know the focus is the D line and pass rush but we do have a void at WR but plenty of picks and Vrouch will find us a daisy.

Why would the Jaguars want to trade this guy?
Seems they'd want to surround their new QB with talented players. |

They just spent a ton of money on two new WRs. Pederson didn’t draft him. |

Hella on the Shenault bandwagon. Been wanting him since rumors broke the Jags could move him.

Minshew and then a rookie with the bullsh at HC and all that drama. Still, he had a solid rookie season with 58 catches and over 600 yards with 5 TDs. Similar production last season, but 0 TDs and his catch rate dropped with the rookie QB. I think he has a lot of upside with a solid QB and system. Hell, if he can be had for a 4, I would like Denver to go get him. |
It’s amazing that people are concerned about a rookie WR having an impact on this team when Andy Reid got so much out of Hardman and Tyreek their rookie years.
Those guys were still learning to play the ****ing position, more or less the offense, and they both had 500+ yards and several TDs. It also helps when you have a future HOF QB. |

Is it fair to think that Reid would be able to figure out how to work them in? Yes. But they aren’t coming in day one and being Justin Jefferson. |

Whoever we draft is likely to be a more polished WR than those guys were in year 1. I’m not saying we should expect them to come in and be a 1,000 yard WR or anything, but you don’t have to be to have an impact. |

Smith was the QB for Hill's rookie season, but Hill is also a rare talent. Aside from Kelce, Maclin was the only other real threat. Hardman - he played with Mahomes and was behind Kelce, Hill, Watkins in the pecking order. Since his rookie year, he really hasn't changed much with his production. REC's have increased but not the yardage really (YPC is 1/2 of what he had his rookie year and TDs have fallen. Hardman was a beneficiary of Mahomes and the surrounding talent more than Hill was - Hill is just a different level. So, going out and finding the next Hardman... not really the plan, if it were me. |
