Clearly the Packers wanted some top end speed at WR in Watson and Doubs.

Yep.

I absolutely love this guy.

Every pick is taking old players numbers lol

Was the standout of today’s OTAs, apparently.

Would be fantastic to hit on another 4th round CB.

It’s a price we should be willing to pay.

Nice!

More OTA observations

1. The winner of Thursday’s practice was rookie cornerback Joshua Williams, who the Chiefs selected in the fourth round of the NFL Draft. Without Fenton and Sneed, Williams had plenty of repetitions against the veteran receivers. Williams had a nice breakup of quarterback Chad Henne’s pass when he competed against receiver Josh Gordon. In the seven-on-seven period, Williams had another pass breakup when covering receiver Cornell Powell. Williams’ best highlight was when he out-jumped Valdes-Scantling to intercept Henne’s pass inside the red zone.

At OTA.

Also Nate Taylor of the Athletic.

If anyone Is gonna have a Sneed type of rise I think it's this guy. His measurables for the position are insane already so it's all about how quickly he learns the playbook tbh.

Right. Smacks of Veach's attempt at Sneed part II.

staylor26 06-03-2022 11:03 AM

Sneed, McDuffie, and Williams could really be a great young trio.
