Depends on the grade of the injury. If mild he can be fine by Game 1. If more than that it could be an issue.

If there is anything this team can afford to lose, its Mecole Hardman.

He's the guy that makes that Chargers defense so difficult for us at times.

But yeah, the injury concerns are enormous. I guess we'll have to see what the guarantees are before we know how risky this really is. But if you're the Chargers and you know you have to go through the Chiefs to get to where you want to be, he's probably the guy on that defense you can least afford to lose.

He makes an ENORMOUS difference for them. It's even more apparent in person - it seems like he's just everywhere at once. At his best, James is a better player than Berry ever was.

I have not seen one post from you that was not negative and mostly wrong as well.

You could argue that Watson brings some of the same attributes and can probably play the same role.

Among the offensive starters (not including MEH), I'd say Hardman was probably the guy we can most easily backfill for. And I say this as someone who thinks Hardman can have a heck of a year this year.

BWillie, based on everything said before, thinks Hardman sucks and is useless. He didn't just say starters, or on offense, he said the team.
