That's because Zach Taylor is a glorified position coach.

Yes, I understand he took over a team that had nothing, but that then assumes that Burrow and Chase were nothing and he turned them into something. It's pretty obvious from the offense the Bengals run that he's not particularly creative or innovative.

And it's pretty obvious here that he's not particularly equipped to be the leader. Oh sure, he'll call his shots, but he pretty much stays out of the players' ways.

He's just another McVay jizz rag.
