Well before the age of cell phones, in the late '70 and early'80s I used to make phone calls to verify employment. There was an expectation that most calls you'd end up talking to a person. 100 calls under those conditions was a productive day.

200 is a lot if you end up talking to a human for a significant fraction of them.

In Scho’s defense, plenty of people post on CP about their luxury fishing rigs, new guns, expensive cars, card collections, etc. He’s probably excited to share that he’s getting rewarded for a job presumably well done, and telling family and friends about a raise and bonus like that could bring out the leeches in your life, so he shares it anonymously here.
