I think you're underestimating how the AZ will wear off on these guys and makes them suck. The stench of losing just can't be washed off.

Wow...Dennis Green was PISSED in his PC. I feel kinda bad for him.

Bugeater 10-16-2006 10:44 PM

Nice post-game meltdown by Denny Green.

tk13 10-16-2006 10:45 PM

Denny Green looked real happy there. I would keep him away from any firearms for the next 7 days.

Green was pissed, but hell, cant blame him. He put his team in a position to win, and he had them ready.

I felt bad for the guy. Don't blame him for being pissed.

Dennis Green is a sissy. Could he have really expected to turn the Cardinals into winners? Some things just can't be fixed.

Halfcan 10-16-2006 11:02 PM

Might as well give the Championship to Chicago-they are the best team in the NFL-by far.

I am still in awe at how they came back. I have never seen anything like that.

The Bears offense scored 3 points

They had six turnovers on the road

They were -4 in differential

A kicker who set league records in field goals made and attempted last year missed two kicks, either one of which would have put the game away.

They scored three return touchdowns in one game (I only saw the last two...the Edge fumble could have, could have been whistled dead, but wasn't...I thought the league had a rule about this that was known as the Seattle rule, but maybe I'm wrong) They score another TD on absolutely blown punt coverage.

The Bears just used up six seasons of Chiefs luck in one game. I've never seen a luckier end to a game in my life. Everyone one of those MF's in a chicago uniform had a horseshoe up their ass tonight. They could gangbang a Saigon whorehouse, get snowballed by Ron Mexico himself, and walkout germ free.

Unbefuckinglievable.

When you play 1/2 a game you win 1/2 a game.

It's not like a 2nd half breakdown is new to 'Zona...

The odds of winning a game in which your offense scores three points, your defense allows 23, and you are -4 in the Turnover differential has to be over 100,000 to 1. Seriously.

tk13 10-17-2006 01:10 AM

I still don't know how you have 6 turnovers and win a football game. That's near impossible. I'd like to know the last team to pull that one off.

The Bears defense scores a ridiculous amount of TD's it seems like though.

I believe they said Tennessee did it a few years back, but I doubt they were -4 and I have a feeling their O scored more than 3 points.

The odds of this win have to be absolutely staggering. You'd probably have better odds of catching three runners in 7 card stud to get a royal flush than do win a game like that, that way, again.

Wasn't that pretty much KC in the 90's?...

chagrin 10-17-2006 04:41 AM

WTF happened, when I went to sleep in the 3rd, something like 1:48 left - the Bears were down by 3 scores!

That's what ya get for giving up early. :shake:

Urlacher created a fumble that was returned for a TD. Then the D held Arizona to a 3 and out. Then Chicago had a beautiful punt return for a TD to take a 1 point lead.

Rackers choked on the field goal attempt.

ESPN said this morning, that it's not as rare as you might think. There were vague, but mentioned that 40-some-odd teams had done it.

That's pretty incredible considering that there's only 32 teams in the NFL.
