I understand that. I'm just saying that McLemore isn't your typical 18-19 year old Freshman. He will be 21 and a half by the time the draft rolls around. If he were two years younger but had the same game, growth potential would be a bigger deal. He's going to get compared to juniors and seniors when being evaluated, not freshmen.

After review of many message boards, twitter, recruiting guru's I have come to the conclusion that Wiggins is going to Florida State. I am 0% sure of this, but I am 100% sure he's not going to Kansas.

Honestly I did too. I actually didnt expect him to be thaaaat good. Randle is just pure power and would be ideal for the Bill Self system. Conversely Wiggins skill set seems to fit either UNC or UK much more than KU. No doubt that Wiggins has more NBA talent but honestly Randle should be better NEXT year

Yeah, after watching EJ lose our Jayhawks a S16 basketball game out of nowhere, my pre-season AL favorite Jays start 11-23, and my Leafs blow a 4-1 lead in game 7 all within a month and a half, I think I'll keep my hopes down on a damn high school recruit tomorrow. Seems safer that way. No expectations leads to no disappointment.

Sure, I guess it would be nice if the universe didn't screw me for once with sports. But Cal is involved, it's going to happen again.

Me too. At no point did I ever see him coming here. I wonder what his experience hanging out with Ben was like, because Ben loved how laid back Lawrence was and how the staff got along with him. I think that made a huge impact on Andrew.

wow. crazy. It seemed like he wasn't going to Kentucky with the way he was announcing but I still didn't think it was very likely he came to KU. Self has traditionally had people work through the offense most of the time so we'll see if he'll let this kid get his own at times.
