Connor Hughes of NJ Advanced Media reports free agent Robert Griffin III is "intrigued by the possibility" of signing with the Jets.

Appearing on 97.1 in Columbus, Ohio, ESPN's Adam Schefter said the Browns won't be acquiring Jimmy Garopppolo no matter what they offer the Patriots.

Jimmy G from New England.

Reportedly it doesn't matter what the Browns offer.....the Patriots don't want to trade him.

Chris Ballard making good moves so far. John Simon was a good singing. 5 sacks 2 years ago when Clowney had injuries and 4 this year after having snaps taken away.

Would have been a great 3rd pass rusher to replace Tamba

FloridaMan88 03-10-2017 01:11 PM

This is the most unimpressive group of free agents in recent memory.

There isn't a single available free agent that I would be excited about the Chiefs signing.

I like that signing too. Would love to see KC look at Connor Barwin and drop Zombo

Yes to Barwin. I like Zombo though. Unappreciated around here.

For what he makes he's solid. More so in the run game and has a knack for breaking up passes. I just prefer a more consistent rusher. I doubt KC could afford it but if a Barwin or Dumervil type would take less to play with a contender that would be great for a rotation

You can probably cross OL off for draft needs.

****ing Pats just traded a 2nd round pick for Kony Ealy and a 3rd.

That's why the browns are the browns, let this guy walk and give 16 million for a second round pick

Didn't we JUST have him on the roster this season, and he didn't see the field because he sucks ass?

That makes sense. I was wondering why it said "re-signs", but I figured this was a signing that would allow them to cut Reid because of his versatility. Wishful thinking.

I remember when people were mad he was traded because of a few INTs, although he was burnt like toast a lot.

Beerthirty 03-10-2017 05:24 PM

Cane we trade Alex Smith for Tony Romo straight up? I just want them to do something with Romo so NFL network would cover some other players. lol

Which is 'meh' to me. Sure, he's a good TE, but what about their lousy defense that couldn't cover anyone against Atlanta or Dallas?

They lost Micah Hyde too, and have signed no one on D. Bad business so far IMO.

Sheard, Simon, Mingo, and the punter Locke so far.

I'm very impressed.

The AFC South is not going to be near as bad as it has been. Shouldn't be, anyway.

I believe it is completely wide open. Any team could win it.

The Jags are freakishly talented. They'll make noise if Bortles doesn't suddenly morph into David Klingler, which is entirely possible.

IF the Texans get Romo and IF they can keep him healthy, they'll probably win the division again. That's a lot of ifs, though.

BryanBusby 03-11-2017 03:58 PM

Bortles sucks shit and will drag them down.

I think the hidden gem would be the Titans. They made large strides to fix their weakness on Defense in FA and will be in a great spot if they can get some Offensive weapons to get the passing game clicking.

The Texans will be legit with Romo and the Colts will take a firm 3rd place seat.

Chief Northman 03-11-2017 04:51 PM

I wonder what Jared Cook will fetch. Super talented, but only played 10 games last year. Was clutch down the stretch for the Packers. Would know the system and could become the man if Kelce went down to injury. Respectable blocker, but a great pass catcher.

Colts may well end up in 3rd but it will be the Jags above them, not the Titans. IMO.

Where is the chocolate penii? I am getting a little nervous, now.

Did you bring him in for a look?

Where did he go?

Hopefully, far away from the Giants.

According to Overthecap.com, Giants are currently the third highest paying defense in the league.

1. Broncos: $85.44M
2. Chiefs: $84.44M
3. Giants: $83.67M

:D
