Anything to get Eric Murray off the field
|
Knowing the Chiefs they will trade for him and send Malaysia airlines to pick him up to save some money
|
If we don't at least hear a lot of rumblings about a trade tomorrow, that tells me Veach left at halftime thinking the defense was fine
|
ET just snapchatted me a few homes he's been looking at in Leawood.

Gotta work out the extension
|
I mean can you imagine having Thomas and Berry replacing Parker and Murray? Also, Sorenson for Smith?
That makes this defense so much ****ing better. Nelson, Fuller, and Scandrick aren’t even doing a bad job at all in coverage. Our safeties and dime LB are killing us. |

ET blocking Disastrious Thomas might be the best comment I’ve read here in years. LMAO

I just tweeted him something about KC Bar B Q...I can see that dude getting hyped about good Nar B Q as well as a Super Bowl ring!!!

If he wants to win some more, what better team to go to than us? :titus:

Thomas wants to get paid and win another ring. He can’t do that last one in Dallas.

Earl just commented on a pic of Andy Reid with bbq sauce on his face on Myspace.

My source at Troost Auto told me he has had a call from ET to see what he has on the lot for temporary transportation.

It amazing how much progress is being done on this trade at 10PM on Sunday night guys. From twitter to snapchat to instagram, our GM is getting it done.
|
Would be a massive boost for this team If Veach can pull this off. The offense is playing incredible, put Thomas and Berry In that secondary and surely we can get to the big dance?

I would buy the earlier reports off ESPN much more than the August reports. With his age and cash/cap situation the thought of KC having a genuine interest after this hot start makes much more sense. Otherwise this is Seattle desperately trying to get Dallas to budge on making a better offer. There’s no way they were trading him there with their home opener today vs Dallas. Meaning they never wanted to deal with that type of pr story on home opening day.
|
Cowboys need way too much help on both offense and defense for it to really make sense
|
Earl and Berry have been good friends for years since coming out in the draft the same season. That should help.

The Cowboys defense isn't even their problem...
Considering how wide open the league is looking right now there is really nothing wrong with pushing all in to make a run right now. |
Sounds like the Cowboys are going to get him. Earl told media people that the Cowboys coaches asked him on the field today if he was ready for a trade on Monday.
|
Dak is trash. Will never win a SB, period. Zero anticipation.

Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas tried to show the Dallas Cowboys what they missed out on by bowing to the sidelines after an interception Sunday. "I felt like that was just in the moment, and if they was going to trade for me and extend me, they should have did it," Thomas said after the game, per Curtis Crabtree of Pro Football Talk.
The Pro Bowler had seven tackles and two interceptions in the 24-13 Seattle win. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/...d-trade-rumors |

I still think the Cowboys will get it done but I hope Veach cock blocks them and gets it done. Adding a playmaker to this defense and particlarly the secondary is a must.

I know Jerry will read this post:
Jerry, you have many holes to fill, especially on the offensive side of the ball. Please save your picks and don't deal for Earl. Your friend, NWO |

It really doesn’t sound like ET is going to resign with anybody but the cowboys at this point. If we gave up a 2019 second, and eventually get that 2020 3rd round comp pick then I could definitely get behind it. It’s worth the risk of him probably leaving if it does bring us that super bowl
|
Even if Eric Berry returns, he’s gonna lose some range. It would be smart to put him back at box safety and find someone with range and ball skills like ET for FS.
That would be phenomenal. |
Some guys bounce back to 100% after tearing their Achilles...Derrick Johnson was aight after tearing his, Terrell Suggs was still dominating fools.... I hope Berry makes a recovery like they did.

Trading for Earl Thomas means we would be either giving up draft picks for a one year rental, or planning on signing a safety entering his 30's to another record-setting contract. Neither one of these are good moves.
Its hilarious how people who've waited their entire lives for a franchise QB now want to trade everything away in his first year starting to go "all in." Its really misguided. This isn't basketball, the best team doesn't usually win, there's a ton of randomness in the NFL. You win by building for long term success and by giving yourself as many rolls at the dice as possible. |
