Credit to the Bears for going for it, but what a stupid call... do a designed run for Fields

Last week I said the problem with playing A+ quality games in September is you can only go downhill from there. Miami looked like a world beater with 70 points last week and now crashing back to a more flawed reality.

But this also applies to Buffalo. They look unbeatable today, but it’s a long season and you don’t want to peak too soon. Nowhere to go but downhill from a performance like this one.

Marcellus 10-01-2023 01:47 PM

Colts making it interesting.

Rain Man 10-01-2023 01:47 PM

The Colts are driving for a potential tie, just in case anyone cares at all.

I think my least favorite football mannerism is when a pass is completed and the DB immediately looks around to blame a teammate.

Working with people like that in a low stakes office setting is annoying enough. I think I’d have to end up punching someone on a football field. Me and a guy like Tyrann Matthieu wouldn’t not get along.

Could have been a great right tackle. Man needs to know his limitations.

The Bears had a 28-7 lead with 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

That's against the 2nd worst team in the NFL.

They need to kill themselves with extreme prejudice.

Good CB, but he's made of glass. The Bills would have been better off not trading down and drafting Patrick Mahomes II.

Megatron96 10-01-2023 01:51 PM

We know he can/will get beat by speed. But he just got walked backwards into Burrow's lap there.

If he's getting beat like that, is he doing ANYTHING out there?

If you struggle with speed, you’re susceptible to a bull rush.

I’m honestly surprised he didn’t get dog walked into Mahomes’ lap more frequently but my theory is that he’s just so bad against the speed rush that no one ever really needed to resort to the bull rush.

Rain Man 10-01-2023 01:51 PM
