Do it Veech. Make the move. Johnson is going to get better but hes been bad and injury prone. We need some certainty. This season is too important.
|
Greg Newsome, who's name has been thrown out as a possible target, doesn't look very good on that chart. Not much better than Nazeeh Johnson. TreDarious White's numbers are better than both. Never would have guessed.
Lattimore's stats look good though. |
I’d take tre white

We gotta get together this season bredda! It’s almost half over! |
Tony Pauline says he’s hearing we will bring in a corner before the deadline. Is he a reliable source? Idk

Without looking it up, I have to assume Orlando Scandrick is available
|
Watson was out playing Surtain ROFL

Hernando beach was devastated with the first one. Thankfully we made it through with no damage. We lost power for about 18 hours which wasn't a big deal since I have a generator. |
Watson was playing at an all pro level. Wow

The return of Ohmenihu and trade for Oshe will make a big difference in what the secondary looks like.

Curious: are we expecting Uche to play this week?

Only a couple days left. We shall see.

Lol guys let's not pretend like Watson was playing like Prime Deion Sanders or something ROFL . The guy definitely was having a great year but Spags's system is a CB protector in the most part. That's why I'm hopeful Williams can step up too. Now if Veach could get Horn from the Panthers for a 5th then I think that would be cool but we'll see.

Rush the QB and strip him of the ball seems pretty straight forward. They can get more into the stunts and other stuff next week to get him up to date. I want him, Hopkins and Hunt at full steam when we invade Buffalo. |

I don’t like her but it’s news

Uhh, do we even have any day 3 picks left to trade?
|
There's enough other reporters out there saying it that I believe they will grab a CB, but Dianna doesn't know shit. She just throws it at the wall, at least when it comes to the Chiefs.
|
The 4th and 5th are tied up in the Hopkins conditional trade. Pretty sure the 6th was for Hardman and the 7th was for DE Thomas.
|
Quote:
|
That's not going to fetch a difference maker at CB.
|
They got 7ths back for Mecole and Smith-Marsette it appears, so they had two or three of those prior to the Cam Thomas deal.

They were both malcontents that were essentially benched. You see any CBs in that same situation on the market?
|
We need a veteran corner.

This is the same GM who got Charvarius Ward for a 7th once upon a time.
It doesn't have to be a big name for them to turn them into a good player within the system. |

Not sure if this was shared or not.

Unless he's willing to dip further into 2026 or trade our 3rd rounder.

Edit: Parker Ehinger. 4th round OL that started a few games but was a brokedick. |

If there's one position where you just say gimme a guy with traits and I will trust the staff to squeeze out his potential, it's CB here
I still want Newsome most, but that fifth-year option is a hurdle when we have other guys needing paid |

Mike Caliendo, congratulations! You've just won a free trip to New Orleans! Pack your stuff. No, Mike, ALL of your stuff... |
She says we are in the market for a young fast corner and another WR.

M Williams for a 7th? …He ONLY needs to make 1 or 2 key plays in the playoffs for that price to be worth it.
What’s with the available CB for the Rams, why they not playing him? |

I hear Kamara might get traded now. |

Ok so it’s for real.
Would be a big boy move. Have to think it’d take at least a 4th round pick. |
I would shit myself if we got Lattimore. Total bad ass trades by Veach.
|
If we got Lattimore holy God.

LOL, the 2017 10th & 11th overall pick on the same team
|
Just a reminder that the going rate for corners like Lattimore is a 3rd rd pick.
Jalen Ramsey and L’Jarius Sneed were trade for as much. I’d definitely trade our original 3rd for Lattimore |
