Do it Veech. Make the move. Johnson is going to get better but hes been bad and injury prone. We need some certainty. This season is too important.

Icon 11-01-2024 04:36 PM

Greg Newsome, who's name has been thrown out as a possible target, doesn't look very good on that chart. Not much better than Nazeeh Johnson. TreDarious White's numbers are better than both. Never would have guessed.

Lattimore's stats look good though.

One of the things I love about this place is all the little mentions of shit like this, and Belize, and all the shit that’s part of the vernacular here based on things from posts that have passed.

We gotta get together this season bredda! It’s almost half over!

It's crazy how fast the season goes by. We're in our crazy season right now with the business, so it's hard to get away, but you're right, we need to make it happen for sure. How'd you make out after the hurricane?

Our house was ok. My daughter’s house got some flooding. Just got their cabinets out and new ones back in this past weekend. Now working on getting flooring and drywall done so they can have some semblance of normalcy. How about you guys?

Glad to hear you're ok. The material stuff can be replaced.

Hernando beach was devastated with the first one. Thankfully we made it through with no damage. We lost power for about 18 hours which wasn't a big deal since I have a generator.

Lol guys let's not pretend like Watson was playing like Prime Deion Sanders or something ROFL . The guy definitely was having a great year but Spags's system is a CB protector in the most part. That's why I'm hopeful Williams can step up too. Now if Veach could get Horn from the Panthers for a 5th then I think that would be cool but we'll see.

He came in quicker than Hopkins and he has an extra day since we play Monday Night.

Rush the QB and strip him of the ball seems pretty straight forward. They can get more into the stunts and other stuff next week to get him up to date.

I want him, Hopkins and Hunt at full steam when we invade Buffalo.

They definitely can protect that CB2 quite a bit when you have McDuffie there. Naturally they already play so much two high, and then most times if they had to, they can just let McDuffie lock someone down one-on-one.

Yeah Veach get us a young fast cheap corner for a 3rd day pick.

Sassy Squatch 11-02-2024 09:12 AM

Uhh, do we even have any day 3 picks left to trade?

pugsnotdrugs19 11-02-2024 09:12 AM

There's enough other reporters out there saying it that I believe they will grab a CB, but Dianna doesn't know shit. She just throws it at the wall, at least when it comes to the Chiefs.

Sassy Squatch 11-02-2024 09:13 AM

The 4th and 5th are tied up in the Hopkins conditional trade. Pretty sure the 6th was for Hardman and the 7th was for DE Thomas.

That's not going to fetch a difference maker at CB.

They got 7ths back for Mecole and Smith-Marsette it appears, so they had two or three of those prior to the Cam Thomas deal.

When the packers traded Brett Favre to the Jets, it had a stipulation they couldn’t turn around and trade him to Minnesota. I speculated a few days ago that this may have been the case with Carolina and Pittsburgh. Buffalo would trade Diggs anywhere but KC and ended up sending him to Houston (another conference rival). I may have to reach out to him to see if that’s what he heard.

I would shit myself if we got Lattimore. Total bad ass trades by Veach.

If we got Lattimore holy God.

He seems to be having a hamstring issue all season. Hopefully he is healthy.

LOL, the 2017 10th & 11th overall pick on the same team

RunKC 11-02-2024 08:13 PM

Just a reminder that the going rate for corners like Lattimore is a 3rd rd pick.

Jalen Ramsey and L’Jarius Sneed were trade for as much. I’d definitely trade our original 3rd for Lattimore

Yeah, our 3rd should be the MAX. But honestly wonder if given his injury and that everyone knows the Saints have to cut him next year… maybe you can at least get a 5th rounder back.
