If they have to push back is pro-day 2 weeks, it's all but guaranteed he won't be throwing at the combine.

i hope he throws at the combine.. I hope they all throw at the combine. Barkley has the least to work on mechanically wise so i'm sure he will be fine there, but i want to see it next to the others and make sure his shoulder is ok

Well, obviously his shoulder isn't ok.

Him nor Geno will throw at the combine.

I think it's ok finally. He's at IMG now throwing and posted on twitter he feels great and working harder than ever. I know somebody posted saying usc is pushing their proday back cause his shoulder but i think that may have already been set, and maybe precautionary.

If they're "pushing it back" that means they're rescheduling it.

Kind of hard to spin "Am told USC pushing their pro-day back 2+ weeks to give Matt Barkley more time to recuperate..."

maybe it's cause he got a late start to get to IMG? maybe they're giving him more time to work on everything before he does his proday.

Well, the word "recuperate" is fairly specific but we'll see.

Not gonna happen. I'd like for them to all throw too but they won't.

And?

That doesn't mean he's not still hurt.

He could be at IMG working on footwork, still unable to throw at full strength.

Does that mean he's going to suck? No.

But it absolutely WILL affect the evaluation process. He's going to drop on a lot of teams' boards if he can't throw until right before the draft.
