I use pre-workouts but I usually do half the dosage. I just buy whatever is on sale on whatever site I'm buying protein. I like Maximize Intense from Iforce with DMAA. I've got a few tubs stocked up. 1/2 to 3/4 scoop and I'm good to go after a full day of work.

I went crazy with creatine with no breaks years ago. Salty diet and poor hydration = large ass kidney stone that couldn't pass. had to use ultrasonic lithotripsy to pew pew it.

30 minutes on the cycle today for 7.96 miles. My legs were worn out. I'll be glad when my shin splints are gone. I already miss running.
My weight was at 228 today, which is probably more 229 since I haven't ate anything today. Starting weight a month and a half ago was 242. |
