Yeah, I just went over to it on the WatchESPN App on the Fire-Stick and it's very jumpy. And that's using Google Fiber, so I don't think it's a BW thing. Plus, I resumed a movie that was paused on the Fire-Stick and it streamed perfectly for a couple of minutes. Ugh for you...
