Rice was definitely there. If he wasn't, either he, the team or his agent would've said so a long time ago.

I would retain counsel to talk with the police regardless if they announced I was a suspect or not.

I’ll take the religious minded counselor over a pill pusher whose primary job is to just up the dosages on your meds every 3 months after having just flung something at the wall in the first place.

Nah, watch the video, it was obvious no one was hurt badly. That being said, if it was worse, they may have still left.
