Blake Martinez has been a tackling machine in GB for two years now. He's basically the reason Clay Matthews gets to freelance as much as he has. I was doubtful he'd make it to my next pick.

Cook was down this season a bit but still had the fastest sprint speed in football last year; hit a higher top end than Hill even. The skills are there.
