If he stayed healthy he'd have had the most targets in his career most likely. Sammy Watkins was broken most of the season and still had 55 targets. Demarcus Robinson had 59! Surely if Josh came and was healthy he'd have at least 90.

Why would anyone we sign be behind Hardman? They'd get the same rate of targets Sammy got if not more. When Sammy played 14 games in 2019, he got 90 targets. This year if he played all 16 games he would have had 88. That's about what Reynolds would get if not more.
