why run the draw play on 3rd down when we are already in field goal range?

why take the defensive holding play instead of the Breaston catch? We lose 5 yards and it still would of been 2nd and 1. The following run by Battle might of scored a touchdown if we decline the penalty and take the result of the play.

That's how Bowe rolls. He makes spectacular catches, but when it's a really important routine catch he ends up choking.
