Seattle wants the league to think they won't trade him for leverage. You think they're going to keep dealing with his during the week antics? "Stubbed my toe. Can't practice." "Bad mood. No practice today."
We'll see how they feel in a few weeks once it's clear that they have no chance to win the division (which they should already know) and no chance as a wild card (NFC South). |

Until they do something about the GLARING problem in the deep middle of this defense are we supposed to just shut up and pretend there's nothing they can do? |

At least I'm advocating a solution that might actually WORK. |

A month or two ago, they only wanted a 2nd. Then Dallas offered that, and all the sudden they want more. They’re playing games. |

It's a discussion board and your mad about...discussion. |
If Thomas has a say, why the hell wouldn't he want to play for Kansas City?
If he turns the Chiefs' defense into average, he's called a difference maker. With him and Berry in there, that's very doable. If the Chiefs' defense sucks, they'll blame it on Sutton. There is no upside with Dallas. Earl Thomas ain't turning that team around. Their offense is a complete disaster. Even more true if he stays in Seattle. For a guy trying to prove himself for his last big contract, I'd say that his play this season is a really big deal. |

Trading first round picks for 30 year old defensive players then giving them huge contracts rarely works out. I'm having a tough time thinking sof a single one. Can you? |
