Guess Sherman forgot to take his meds before the game?

Obviously joking, but we didn't have a single 300 yard passer this weekend. Three of the four winning teams ran for 150+ yards. Nobody scored more than 24 points.

Yep. Any coach that sees how he reacted and how limited he was after that and doesn't take some action is selfish. Oh and stupid.

Reminding me of the Steeler's starting Big Ben in Denver last year. What did it get them??? A beat down from Mark Sanchez's subordinate.

BIG_DADDY 01-06-2013 06:39 PM

Few thoughts. Ray Lewis is ****ing awesome. I can't believe the shit that guy gets on this board.

Great to see the Seachickens win. One more West Coast team moving forward. They look tough as hell. Pete did one hell of a job over there.

Dr. James Andrews told USA Today on Sunday that he never cleared Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III to return to a game following a brutal collision in which he suffered a knee injury.

Andrews’ comments directly contradict those made by head coach Mike Shanahan after the Redskins’ Dec. 9 game against the Baltimore. When asked by reporters the next day why he decided to let Griffin go back in the game, he said he only did so because Andrews cleared him.

The league should intervene and do something about Shanahan playing him.

Marcellus, I'm sorry. I feel so bad for criticizing him - I had no idea. Wow.

-King- 01-06-2013 06:39 PM

It's pretty revisionist history to say he should have been pulled after the 2nd touchdown.

I wouldn't go that far.

Great, great, ****ing comeback by the Seahags! I've still got a dog in this fight. Who is seriously going to doubt Seattle's ability to go into Atlanta next week and take out the Falcons? And if they do that, could we see the replay of the Monday Night Debaucle from earlier this season? Or the rubber match with the 9ers?

Seattle is definitely capable of beating Atlanta. Should be a good game.

damn

This is something I've mentioned in th epast.

Tom Brady was the difference maker piece on those early 2000 Patriot teams that won SBs, but a big part of those teams, especially on defense, were guys that Carrol drafted.

I thought Carrol got a raw deal in New England.

tk13 01-06-2013 06:40 PM

I think Atlanta will be ready. They've been on a mission all year. Jones, White and Gonzalez vs. Seattle's secondary will be a great matchup.

milkman 01-06-2013 06:42 PM

Seattle is the team that no one will want to face in these playoffs.

They are the model of the type of team that I would like to see built in KC.
