Okay, so what's this Crossfit shit?
The guys bodies seem to be proportioned like mine if I'm working out hard, which I've recently started to again. Could it be a faster methodology to an end result that I'm currently expecting, or is it a gimmicky dumb thing like PX-90 or whatever that is? Should I pay attention to such a thing or just go about business as usual? |
