I think I've seen every sorry ass excuse for that loss now.
Injured player
D Coordinator Sucks
Bowe's foot
Alex played well enough to win
Andy Reid can't manage a clock
Ball lost in lights
Not getting reps with a backup to get timing
The bottom line is NOBODY stepped up to make a play when it mattered the most. Excuses get old. Hell, teams have won the SB with backup QB's.

Wouldn't say excuses. What I've found interesting is that after that loss where so many things had to go wrong for an almost unprecedented collapse, that people seem to lay blame where they thought we were weak before the game. If you hated our safeties, they're to blame, if you never liked Smith, he fell apart at the end and cost the game. A radio show host never liked Andy Reid and so blamed his clock management and play calling.
Yes, I'm in the, blame the D camp. Smith and the Jamaal Charlesless O did their job. My opinion.I don't think it's fair to say, hey offense, you need to go from great to extraordinary to make up for the D giving up a 28 point lead, or you'll cost us the game.
