I also don't understand why Andy punted from the 40? Most teams either kick a FG or take a delay of game penalty to give the punter more room. Hence, you avoid a 20 yard net punt.

I don't think that I can remember ever seeing a 12 men on the field penalty on a return. How does that happen?? You have a unit go out on the field together. There should never be an extra man. Ever
