I know that exercise very well due to my lower back problems, except I stick the strap in a closed doorway, and also do both directions.

No, sorry. :thumb: I have to do these daily or my back goes to shit. That's only 1 of 8 "stretches" I have to do, or should say, GET to do.

I really hope he can come back strong and healthy. He's been such a pleasant surprise this year with a lot of timely hits and power. He was on his way to potentially having an all-star type season before getting hurt.

Best back stretching routine I've ever done. Through out my back, but was able to do these the day it happened and sped my recovery to an incredible amount.
