If it's to me, do it. I just want good information, even if the price is you being an asshole. :p

It's okay, I love dicks.... wait... what?

SenselessChiefsFan 03-09-2010 01:07 PM

Is it something I said?

Took yesterday off. I'm chomping at the bit to get into the gym this afternoon.

Having a little tweak in my knee today from doing reverse lunges on Saturday. I'm slated to do some KB front squats today, so I might have to lay off if my knee bothers me.

Mr. Flopnuts 03-09-2010 01:19 PM

OMG. Easily the most difficult weight lifting session of my life. It was sooooo gratifying finishing it. Jumped on the treadmill and ran a mile and a half, then spent over 15 minutes on the elliptical. Almost time to bump that badboy up to level 18. I'm able to rock out 65-70rpms pretty consistently on 15.

I feel like I'm really hitting a groove. I love every oz. of it including the pain.

Silock 03-09-2010 02:27 PM

Grats, man!

Silock 03-09-2010 02:28 PM

Just finished an hour of spin and more lifting after. ****, I'm beat as shit. Glad tomorrow is a semi-off-day.

I'm sure it's directed toward me.

Not exactly, but if I say something now, it's just going to come off wrong. And I've learned not to be untimely and controversial when I'm in a bad mood lol

I am getting ready to go to the gym. Legs, lower back and abs day. I am starting to get pumped up to go. I don't know if it was being sick last week or what, but I just haven't been as geared up to go lately. Normally, I am counting down til the time I get to go. Now, I feel like, ugh....time to go to the gym. Once I get there, I do okay, but I am just not looking forward to it as much. I guess because I already look like Lou Ferrigno... so, I mean, how much bigger can I get, right?:D

Anyways, pretty good on the diet today. I have been under 1500 calories so far. I will just top it with my before bedtime shake. A little higher than I was aiming, but, still way under my BMR.

Wow, I've learned not to be that way when I am in a good mood. I used to do stand up and everything is a joke to me. I don't joke as much on here, because frankly a good joke is more in the delivery than anything, and it is hard to get that across on a message board.

But, I constantly get myself in trouble. I was at a dinner, and we were talking to this nice black couple. They were in their 50's and the wife was an absolute doll.... even at her age. I was flirting, and she said she was old enough to be my mother. I asked how old she was, and she told me.... I nearly fell over. I said, I hate black people..... and my wife about fainted.... I was just joking that they looked like they were in their 20's and that black people tend to age better than us white folk. Anyways, about half the party thought it was funny, and the other half was offended. Oddly, it was the African American population that thought it was funny.

If I am in a bad mood, I choose my words more carefully, and I rarely unintentionally offend people. Now, people may get offended, but at that point, I INTEND to offend them, so I am okay with it.

I ate too much at the end of last week. 3-4 days in a row. I doubt I lost much in that time although my calories didn't exceed 2000 but 1 time, and 2500 1 time. Although who knows how accurate that is? When you're eating out you can only trust that the nutrition info online is accurate, and that's not necessarily the case.

I'm sure I didn't put anything on though, today I graduated to 42 pants for the first time since I was in high school. I wear my pants low, otherwise I'd be wearing the 48's around my belly. It'd be nice to think I could just pull that off and not have to keep buying clothes, but unfortunately the length would mean high water pants all the way around. :D

Worked it tonight. The squats were completely fine with the tweaked knee, though I ended up tweaking my back a little tonight. Nothing that should keep me from working out, though.

Weight is 190 steady, now. My 34" jeans (which used to be my tightfitting jeans) are feeling a little big on me, which hasn't happened since high school.

Silock 03-10-2010 12:50 AM

Squats = tweaked back eventually

Mr. Flopnuts 03-10-2010 12:55 AM

I'm thinking about adding a night time session at the gym. Maybe start mixing in some other cardio machines. I'm already doing 7 hours a week at the gym. Going at night would add another 3-4 hours. I don't really need to worry about injuries since it's just extra cardio right?
