Yeah, KU is looking better than anyone thought. I still say KU may lose at Texas A&M, but predicting a 93-10 loss was moronic. Also, do you still see KU losing to the Cornhuskers? :) I still think KU wins that one.

We're going to have to play a hell of a lot better than we did last night if we want to win in Manhattan, no matter how bad KSU may be. |

Last I checked, the Cornhuskers don't play in Manhattan, KS. |

The first true benchmark of the season will happen in Manhattan, and if the Hawks play like they did last night, that one will be a struggle. As bad as they may be, KSU is still better than Toledo, and Mangino's road record is absolutely atrocious. Without being able to win that game, nothing else the rest of the season is certain, IMO. Certainly not Nebraska. |

Kansas is currently has the #1 scoring defense in the country, the #4 scoring offense in the country, and is #1 in SCORING MARGIN by a landslide. K-State is in for a let down after a big win.

I am interested to see how KU's pass defense will hold up. Last year we were dead last in pass defense. This year we are 3rd in the country. I know we have been playing patsies but that is already an improvement regardless of who you are playing.
This game will either shut me up or get me ranting even more about the hawks. |

Don't you love how the true fans don't even know how to spell a guy's name? |

Plus we've played teams with a pulse. I think if you guys come out of Manhattan with a win, you'll have every right to boast. Right now you are paper tigers. |
