LMAO

You don't know me very well. I overthink everything. This means this will end up being mch scarier in my head than it is in real life.

You must be related to my wife. If it MIGHT go wrong, it most likely WILL go wrong..... I've come to accept that as her mantra.

In other words it could get in the way whenever you end up becoming a world-famous lingerie model? :-)

I understand. Btu try not to worry until you know something for sure. I've had one of those also, and I'm pretty sure about 99.9% of them are no biggie.

So if you're gonna flip, you can only flip about .1% of what you really want to.

At least we're prepared for the worst case scenario. :)

Lump under my armpit 03-01-2009 09:27 PM Redrum_69 Maybe next time use protection and your nodes wont react to all the millions of diseases flowing in and out of you on any given day

And, of course, redrum shows what a douche he is. And to think I truly felt sorry for him when he lost his job. Time to put the asshole back on ignore.

Get it checked out, but don't panic. I had one show up under my armpit when I was a freshman in college, it's still there and I'm still kicking 17 years later.

I never paid it much attention, because it never hurt or anything. This evening, I noticed that it feels a bit bigger, and it's slightly sore to the touch. I decided to look it up on Google. I'm not liking what I'm reading. It's could be anything from bacterial to cancerous. Needless to say, I'm going to be making a doctor's appointment in the near future to get it checked out. I'm just a little freaked, I guess. Cancer has been really prevalent on my dad's side of the family.

Get a mammogram as soon as you can. Chances are it will be nothing to worry about but just incase.

The earliest the doctor could get me in is this Thursday at 11AM. Knowing me, it will be nothing, and it will have shrunk back down by then. I still want to check it out, though. It's actually a little sore today.

Dr. Johnny Fever 03-02-2009 01:31 PM

My gf had this just last week luv and it was just a swollen gland... harmless.

Katipan 03-02-2009 01:38 PM

So glad you made the appointment Luv, but totally don't think you should spend your days worring about it.

Pus is good in this case. It hurts because you were probing at it. Its going to hurt more and more until it's gone as it keeps pushing on the skin.

I've had it. In the summer in Phoenix, quick swipes with a dry razor to keep armpits in good tanktop and bikini shape. It happens. Grit my teeth, smoked, and found the bugger.

It hurrrrrt until it was out.

Jilly 03-02-2009 01:42 PM

It could just be a cyst, Luv. No big deal, but get it checked out just to make sure.

I don't think MGs will show you what's going on under the armpit.

But every woman should get one once in a while, anyway.
