I'm fine. This is my first week with the work pager, so I've felt a bit constricted in what I can do outside of work. Also went to do blood work on Monday, and I won't know the results until this Monday. Not that I'm worried about either thing, just makes me a bit jumpy, I guess. Thanks.

It's interesting that most of the posters labeled as "arrogant douches" get along on this board.

I'm excited to just live. My 20s were spent in hunger of stuff.
I'm not so hungry. I'm...

Content?

and awesome. I'm just sayin.

Seriously though, I'm excited for you and that's how I look at it....this is a great life we have and every second is something to cherish....be happy with, find purpose in, explore, enjoy....

So, I wasn't totally off base. I hope it all goes well for you, Luv. Go have some beers at Happy Hour today....michelob ultra because it has like 1.8 carbs and one or two won't hurt anything!

Just for clarification purposes:

It is possible to be arrogant without being a douche. Conversely, one may be a douche but not arrogant. Therefore, arrogance and douche-ness are not directly correlated.

Dan is so smart. And that has nothing to do with arrogance or douche-ness, but it does bump you up a notch....to maybe, Mr. more than ok.

While I agree with this, my juxtapositioning was an attempt to reflect common usage. Nothing more.

Friday.

Payday, and I no longer have the pager. :)

I think I'm going to see if some of the girls here want to go to Happy Hour. Friday evenings have also become my cheat day.

Don't let it go to your head though, because that would lead to arrogance and douche-ness.
