He's just frankly not athletic enough for that, it requires a very athletic end to move to OLB in the 3-4.

Curry does have that upside that people who don't want draft him don't recognize. He is safer bc if that doesn't work you can get good value for him by playing him inside, but I think he can play OLB effectively in the 3-4.
