Me neither. It's stupid, but it's something that always stuck with me growing up. One of my friend's parents said that to me and it was the first time I'd heard racism on any level. Just one of those moments you don't forget.

oh, I absolutely get it. sadly enough, I remember reading somewhere how they're called that in the portugese and what they're called 'n......toes' translates exactly. weird stuff.

I worked (and played in a golf league) with a transsexual. This was 12 years ago, so maybe things have changed. She referred to it as going full female AKA "full she" in conversations. She was also the starting QB for Grandview HS in the 70s.
