I see absolutely no difference between the two.

Sure, completely different philosophies and mindsets but exact same results. Exact same breakdowns week after week in all units. Same stupid comments. Same ego while being under-qualified and failing...

You're absolutely right about that aspect of Herm. As it related to game day mistakes, nothing was ever his fault.
