The 8th overall AND Asomugha would be way too much to ask for IMO. Just the 8th overall should suffice. If pitts wants to get greedy, they should just keep their rapist.
|
If they pull off a trade with Oakland. Pittsburgh drafts Jimmy Clausen.

Asomugha and the 8th round pick are too much for Big Ben. |

I'd trade our #5.
Not doing so would be a mistake. Of course, Ben doesn't at all fit into the empty rhetoric that our organization likes to spew, so we're not part of the conversation. |

Ahaha, The Steelers are going to be a 3 win team because they care about image, good luck with that.

If they trade Ben for a first rounder, they'll bounce back quickly. They always have. And who gives a shit, really? They got two Super Bowls out of the guy and he's become a gigantic headache. Their fans don't want him around, either. |
Pitt would be looking to package picks to trade with the Rams for Bradford. Tomlin has given a ringing endorsement for Bradford. I don't think Clausen's even on their radar screen.

I can't believe that St. Louis is even considering a trade for Ruthlessraper. If they do trade for him, it's a desperation move, IMO. Desperation for Devaney and Spags, not the ownership, which is somewhat in disarray.

can we please just give them Cassel and the #5 and be done with it?!?!?
Shit... Give them Cassel, #36, and our 2011 1st and 3rd for all I care! |

That is what makes Ben valuable. He rises to the occasion (in more ways then one :)) |

And during the offseason, Ruthlessraper and Hootie would become best pals.
