Yeah youre right. Weis never developed anyone good. But mcdaniels and his staff is pretty proven.

Tom Brady had the best years of his career once McDaniels became his QB coach (in 2004), and after Weis left, McDaniels coordinated the highest scoring offense in NFL history.

They didn't go 18-0 last year with Brady, Welker, and Moss. They actually scored 162 fewer points (10 fewer points per game) with Brady, Welker, and Moss this year than they did in 2007.

Yeah but they cheated to win those SB's. They tarnished 3 years of NFL football. McDaniels didn't know the other teams defensive signals before he called the plays.
