Are you serious? Aside from their initial signing bonus, baseball has the best young player compensation in pro sports. It's the FA that's out of whack.

And I'd like to add, not just the NFL, even in the NBA, NHL, etc. But on the other hand, sometimes it turns out for the best w/ guys like Lebron James and Sidney Crosby whom us as fans, media depend on for true entertainment and to be the next generation of stars.
