I think the Pats are going to dismantle the Jets and win by 14+. I also think Rex is handling it all properly by focusing everything on him.

as you all know I'm a Jets fan. But unless they can keep the score close till late in the game, this will be a turkey shoot for the Patriots. All season long if the Jets aren't any further back than one score going into the last three minutes they are finding ways to win. But Brady has been a surgeon this season and the Defense has gotten nothing but better since the Cleveland meltdown. So hoping for what is on paper a good game but they rarely pan out that way. But anyways Go J E T S! JETSJETSJETS!

If the Pats get out to an early lead it might even get ugly. if it's close (14 points or less) I like the Jets chances. they have to weather the storm in the beginning of the game. and they have to score at least 28 points to have a chance. if Sanchez plays like he did against the Colts they wont have a chance.

Pats defense isn't great at anything except generating turnovers, which is a pretty darn thing to be good at of course.

Oh, and red zone defense. They're good at that also.

But third down defense and just sheer yardage given up is pretty much cover your eyes awful.

Dude, if there is ONE thing that has been true during the Brady/Belichick era, it's absolute ownership of the Steelers, especially in the playoffs. The two years the STeelers won it all -- no Pats to deal with in the playoffs. And I'm pretty sure they were thankful of that given the history...

To be honest, I'd much rather face the Steelers than the Ravens next week.

The Jets were able to run the ball on the Pats that Monday night until it got out of reach. and their running game sucked at the time. that was the best the o line has looked all season when they steam rolled the Colts in the 2nd half.

It sucks that we have to wait until ****ing 4pm on Sunday for this one though..lol

And we destroyed the Chiefs at home....your point?

Cromartie is fast and a good cover corner and he helped the kicking game last week when Brad Smith was hurt, but he does not tackle, and a dude that plays soft like that ought to keep his mouth shut. It is not like he is going to hit anybody.

Jets add some entertainment value, but it will be interesting to see if the game is contested going into the second half.

F .. da Pats ....

JD, I like you dude. I think you're a funny poster. but you are acting like a 12 year old in this thread..lol..I mean seriously. no wonder nobody goes over to that shithole PP anymore.

And I think you're a ****ing ignoramus with the IQ of a cumstain. I addressed a comment about running up the score. You stuck your nose in with "Patriots lost to the Giants, ha ha!". So if the post said, "Brady isn't as good as Manning," and I said, "Brady's better than Manning," would your contribution be "Belichick is a cheaty-cheat!!1!"? You ****ing tool.

And it's not about the '07 SB. I could give less of a shit. I freely admit it was one of the most humiliating losses in sports history. I think the Patriots choked like a hungry Rottweiler going after a guy wearing a steak suit. I think all Patriot-haters should revel and joy in that Super Bowl. But what really ****ing annoys me is people with no debating skills who can't follow a two-post flow of thought. As witnessed by this post here, taking an uncalled-for shot at another website. Go suck a tailpipe.

Dude! you were talking to her like she was a Chiefs fan. shes a Giants fan and her team beat you guys in the super bowl. it wasnt a shot (but it sure did make you cry lol). but you sure do need to grow some thicker skin. your and idiot

A lot of that came earlier in the year. The rookies have a full season under their belt and improved dramatically, not only on the scoreboard but in the stat sheet. I think CHFF had a blurb about the Patriots' opponents' QB rating, and how it was sky-high the first half of the season and much lower the second half of the season.

Besides, the Patriots' defense only sucks when they're facing a real quarterback. If they face Rapistberger in the AFCCG, I'm worried. If they face Rodgers and the Pack in the SB, I'm worried. The bottom-rated Sanchez, with a hurting O-line? Doesn't really inspire fear.
