it was untenable because he wants to be the OC.

It was untenable for whatever reason. You can pretend you know that reason, but you don't. Even if you're right, though, blaming Haley for that situation is idiotic. That's on the owner.

Yeah, and look at how many superbowls Mike Tomlin teams had won before he was Pittsburgh's coach. WHY DID THEY HIRE THAT LOSER?!?!

Look at how many superbowls Mike McCarthy won before last year. Clearly the Packers would have been better if they had hired Weis instead of him! He has more superbowl wins!

And look at the disaster that followed when McCarthy was calling plays. Smh.

There is no ****ing way you can tell me that the playcalling was good last year. No ****ing way. Weis did one good thing, and that was to fix the quarterback.

And now we have Jim Zorn, another QB guru doing that.

If you ever paid attention to Chiefsplanet during games, there was A LOT of Weis bashing.

Even for an arm chair QB/Coach, its plain to see that Haley and Gailey are worlds apart on offensive philosophies. Gailey was, from the start, a square peg.

Even if the KC team (not just the offense) regresses this season, you can still keep me on the Haley bandwagon. He is a young, energetic coach that WANTS to put in the work necessary to turn a horrid situation around for the foreseeable future.

While some of you have valid views, I was devistated when I heard Weis was leaving. He is a bad head coach, but a great OC. As far as the screaming during the game on CP..... when isn't there? Most of you should have been hired to replace Weis.

Are you saying Gailey's square peg would never fit into Haley's round hole?
