He got one sack less than Ware and would have gotten more if he wasn't blatantly held on every play. Ware gets held too, but not as much as Hali. I live in Tulsa. They show every Dallas game down here so unfortunately I've watched quite a few of them. So to say he is no Demarcus Ware is wrong. He's at least in the same class as Ware. Obviously I was exaggerating when I said it "wasn't even close" that Hali was the best.

Allen, in the biggest game of his career (the NFC championship game), got his ass mauled and destroyed by a rookie left tackle. The guy never did a ****ing thing worth mentioning during his stint in KC and we still have fans giving him a rim job. It's amusing and pathetic.

He did manage to get a couple OWI's.

Echo everything you said. Tamba reminds me a lot of DT.

If there was a redraft, I dont think Hali would be any higher than the 3rd OLB drafted behind Ware and Matthews.

That tackle he missed against Buffalo was dreadful, I would never expect an elite OLB to miss that bad.

Flowers is still the Chiefs best defensive player.

I'm sorry if you are too dumb to understand my opinion. You might disagree with my opinion but if you can't understand or think those 3 sentences do not make sense... yeah you're probably retarted.

I meant to say he is one of the good OLBs in the league but not top 5... do I need to write it in ten different ways for you to understand??

You are an idiot.

Last season NO ONE had more pressures than Hali in the entire NFL. Not just outside linebackers, but defensive ends, too.

He had PFF's highest grade for any defender at any position. The closest guys were Trent Cole and Charles Johnson, who are elite pass rushers in their own right.

The thing about Hali is that he doesn't have that alpha 2 sack artist to help him out getting to the QB. DT had Neil Smith for his most productive years devastating opposing QB's in the backfield. Hali has no one, which makes his contributions even more impressive. Would love if Allen were still around, Hali would probably be a 20+ sack guy, but our dipsh*t front office is too amazing to allow for that kind of awesome.

I agree he would def. benefit from having another threat like DT had, but if Allen never left, I seriously wonder if Hali would have turned out the same... Not for lack on his part, but he may not have been given the same opportunities if the coaches initially felt they had no one else to rely on, not because I think any of them had a clue on how successful he would pan out after a couple position changes. All the credit goes to Hali for living up to his draft profile as a nonstop motor 100% effort every down player- which often is cliche or code for lacks elite physical skills but trys really hard! See: Rudy. Tamba may not be as flashy but I never have questioned his commitment & work ethic. He never complained even when he was being shifted around and around and did whatever was asked to the betterment of the team. Luckily he has taken off and he deserves it. The more I reflect on it all, the more I think he may be one of my favorite Chiefs throughout the years. Glad the club stepped up and rewarded him with a new deal & didn't let it get any further in creating bad blood between him & the front office...

Thanks Mecca, that all but ensure he now makes the pro-bowl.

Now talk smack on Car, DJ, Houston, and Dorsey and then tell us all how great Cassel is going to be.

TIA.

Buckweath is on his way to being one of the most cluesless sumbitches on this site. Tough honor to obtain, but he's sure on the right track.
